Beverly Armento

Beverly Armento is the author of Seeing Eye Girl: A Memoir of Madness, Resilience, and Hope, a 2022 Independent Publishers Award Bronze Medal winner for Autobiography. She is also an award-winning memoirist who was an educator for many decades. She is Professor Emerita at Georgia State University where she was Chairperson of the Middle-Secondary Education Department and Director of the Center for Business and Economic Education. Her academic research and writing focus on effective teaching and leadership strategies in culturally diverse settings.
