Elizabeth Price Foley
Elizabeth Price Foley is the Institute for Justice Chair in Constitutional Litigation and Professor of Law at Florida International University (FIU) College of Law, a public law school located in Miami, Florida. She also serves as the Executive Director for the Institute for Justice Florida Chapter. The Institute for Justice (IJ) is a non-profit, public interest law firm that represents citizens whose constitutional rights have been violated by the government.
Dr. Foley teaches constitutional law, health care law and bioethics, and civil procedure. She writes about constitutional law and the intersection of constitutional law with health care law/bioethics.
