Beth Revis grew up reading the works of C. S. Lewis and Agatha Christie, which resulted in her debut novel, a YA murder mystery set in space. A high school world literature teacher, Revis lives with her husband and dog in rural North Carolina.
Across the Universe is a debut young adult novel. The story is set aboard the spaceship Godspeed, bound for a new planet, 250 years in the future.
