Stéphane Reynaud
Stéphane Reynaud is the owner and chef of Villa9trois in Montreuil, a suburb of Paris. He is the author of four previous cookbooks, including Pork & Sons, which won the Grand Prix de la Gastronomie Française in its original French version in 2006.
